PP macro fiber wave Description:
Briture Synthetic Macrofiber is made of Polypropylene.
These fibers are wrapped in bundles of water-soluble film and packed in cartons. When used, just put the whole boxes of the fibers into concrete. The cartons and film are dissolved in water and the fibers are evenly dispersed in the concrete mixture.
We also offering the second packing ways, that is 4kg per PE bag and warpped on pallet, this packing is less cost.

PP macro fiber wave Features:
1. Reinforcement of concrete is a physical action that does not change the design ratio of concrete.
2. Length selection: In general engineering, the length of carbon reinforced fiber is 25-60MM.
3. Ratio design: Under normal circumstances, in unilateral concrete, the carbon reinforcement content is 5-6kg, and the bridge deck waterproof layer is doubled. No need to change the amount of other materials.
4. Mixing method: Because carbon reinforcement has good dispersion, there is no need to add other mixing conditions, the traditional mixing process can be used. Or choose a double-shaft horizontal forced mixer.
5. Note: After adding the fiber, the viscosity of the concrete mixture increases, and the roller should be rolled 2-3 times more than the ordinary mixture. Or extend the shaking time for about 30 seconds as appropriate, and then apply the coating after the concrete surface is slightly passivated, so as not to bring out the fibers. Maintenance should still be carried out according to the requirements of ordinary concrete.

The dosage rate is dependent on the actual application however the minimum dosage range is 3kg/m3-6kg/m3.

PP macro fiber wave mainly used in concrete panel structure, reinforced and partially reinforced concrete structure and injection engineering, dedicated to roads, railways, tunnels, culverts of concrete reinforced fiber.
PP macro fiber wave can be used for highway pavement, bridge deck, airport pavement, apron, dock yard pavement, faced rockfill dam panel, industrial building floor, warehouse floor, etc., used to improve the cracking resistance, flexural tensile strength, bending toughness, impact resistance, fatigue resistance of these panel structures.
