Aldehyde Ketone Resin Characteristics:
Aldehyde ketone resin (also known as polykeone resin, keto aldehyde resin) is a kind of high brightness, light resistance of neutral, non-saponified cyclohexanone formaldehyde resin. The resin forms a saturated ring structure in the condensation period, which makes it have high gloss, hardness, resistance to degradation and weather resistance. Because this resin does not contain ester bond in the structure, it has good water resistance, and the main bond contains a lot of cyclohexyl, which makes it has heat resistance. In addition, the polarity of ketone groups and hydroxyl groups makes it have a wide range of solubility compatibility, as well as good pig ment wettability and adhesion. Therefore,it can be compatible with compounds with larger polarity, but also compatible with compounds with smaller polarity, suitable for most ink, paint and adhesive system.

Aldehyde Ketone Resin Application:
1. Aldehyde ketone resin for ink: It can be used for printing ink, anti-forge ink, gold blocking ink, and flexible relief ink.
2. Aldehyde ketone resin for paint: It can be used for acrylic resin paint, nitro-paint, chlorinated rubber paint, amino resin paint, polyester paint. (inculding topcoat primer of automobile and motorcycle, primer of furniture, fancy paint etc. )
3. Aldehyde ketone resin for overprinting varnish: It can be used for overprinting varnish of paper, cigarette bag etc.
4. Aldehyde ketone resin for adhesive: heat-melting type pressure sensitive adhesive, solvent sensitive adhesive.
5. Aldehyde ketone resin for color paste: ideal interlocking material, can shorten paste mill time greatly.
