R-309 is a film-forming styrene-acrylic copolymer self-crosslinked emulsion specially designed for water-based gravure printing inks. The varnish formulated with this product has a high gloss, it has good compatibility with the popular acrylic polymer in the market.This product has good pigment wetting ability; Good adhesion fastness to PE, PET, OPP and other substrates.

Usage:
This product is especially suitable for use on soft plastic substrates such as PE film, with very good adhesion fastness and water resistance. The recommended dosage accounts for 30-50% of the total formula, and the remaining components are water-based color paste and a small amount of acrylic resin liquid and functional additives. If the amount is too little, it will affect the adhesion and water resistance of the ink product. If the amount is too much, pay attention to the adjustment of viscosity and resolubility of the product.
